Best local yarn store & even better on the internet. I recently visited the store & I was so impressed. Awesome customer service & orders arrive in 3 days!! A Mecca of color & yarn.
I've had wonderful service from this company. Helping me match colors. Helping substitute when something wasn't in stock. My only complaint, and I can work around it, is finding knitting needles. Thanks for everything.

I have always had great service and great communication with these guys. Love them!
I am incredibly disappointed by this company. I made a single order, two hanks. The next day I got an email stating that their inventory count was off and that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get back in, but that they would hold the order for me. I sent them an email that day stating I wanted the order cancelled. Brittany responded assuring me I hadn't been charged, and that she would cancel the order. She apologized about the error and offered me 15% off an order should I decide to ever try them again. I replied "Thank you" ... read more
