JBW has a great selection of yarn, good prices, and great customer service! My local post office messed up one of my packages, but JBW sent out a replacement right away. Thank you!! ��

I ordered 4 skeins of yarn. I wanted to change one color so I had to keep calling until 12 noon their time before anyone would pick up. They changed the order but the yarn never showed up. 3 of the 4 were delivered. I waited a day and called and called and finally left a voicemail. They responded and said they would send out the missing skein. They did but it was the wrong one. I called, again, and they told me they would ship it out priority and I would get an email confirmation. Now 2 days later, no email, no yarn, no answ... read more
How many stores have the patience to go get several colors of yarn that you’ve tried to compare online and tell you their opinion. Brittany let me know which ones have a green tone that I couldn’t tell from online pics and geared me to chose the two that are perfect for a hat specific i a fraternity! Then I realized I had needles from crest vent calendar and another associate changed my order to add new cords to fit for a hat! Wish I could visit, but not until all kids are off to college and we take a vacation to Reno!
