RecommendedEvery time I contact their customer service, they are fantastic!!! I ran out of yarn on a project and they sent out supplements right away! Their products are also amazing! I love the way their kits knit up!

I’m incredibly impressed with the customer service at Jimmy Beans. I haven’t ordered much from Jimmy Beans, yet! But the experience I just had exchanging a faulty item, made me want to order more. my sister and I found JBW by serendipity in 2015 and happened to visit the old warehouse the day of a yarn tour (we were not part of). staff welcomed is in to the warehouse to browse among the tour participants. so many fabulous products. I really want to visit again.
