Every bit of our experience was 5 star AFTER we got past the hostess station, there was 5 of us we wanted to sit in bar they said they only had seating for 4 at piano bar? Ok we took pager to wait while standing there a guy walks up within 1 minute, says there's 5 of them to go in bar he then walks in bar looks around comes out and they offer to set an extra chair at the piano bar for him!?! There is not one thing you could complain about here. We totally enjoyed everything we had. Husband had medium steak.....perfect. I had the salmon. Simply done, perfect. We will be back and consider this a favorite, for sure.
We are regulars at Jimm's and I'm not sure why I've not taken the opportunity before now to say how much we enjoy this place. We don't live in Springfield but do visit several times a month. Jimm's is always our pick because we know we won't be disappointed on the food or the service. We usually eat in the lounge as we prefer the warm and quiet atmosphere. Huge Thank you to Jimm as he bought Our daughters Meal tonight for her Service to our Country. Was not expected and caught us off guard. We had an excellent meal tonight and Jimm's Steakhouse is our go to place for Special Occasions. Victoria (Tori) you were awesome!! Very attentive and our glasses were never empty!
