Having never been to Jimm's Steakhouse, we were really looking forward to eating here. It's a local restaurant with great reviews. Dinner started out pretty good with the salad bar. We ordered the prime rib, but when it came out it was a visibly dry piece of meat. It looked like a hunk of corned beef, had the consistency of my work boots, and laced with gristle throughout. This definitely was not a $30 meal, and we will not be going back. Plus the waiter was weird as fuck too!
Wife and I ate there last night. Great food, great service, for a great price, what more could you want?
It was amazing place to eat. My wife and I both got prime rib that was cooked perfectly with a good baked potato and salad. The waiter was awesome. We were never left without a drink and his knowledge of the menu was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful as usual!! Highly recommend Hawaiian chicken, I get regular size and bring half home for next days lunch. Boy it was good today.
My fiance and I go to Jimms a few times a month. Happy hour is terrific with great appetizer specials and I highly recommend the muscles and white sauce. Two for one well drinks is a great deal and the staff is always wonderful. I will return time and time again.
RecommendedWe had a wonderful lunch with Robert and Barbara Smith and their grandson, Owen. The service was exceptional! The Hawaiian sirloin steak was the best I have ever had. The Pepperdew peppers appetizer was delightful. Everyone else loved the experience also.
Great food and drinks. Service was excellent. best steakhouse in Springfield for sure.
Had a great meal tonight in celebrating our anniversary.
