Dr J and his staff always provide a high level of professional care.
Dr. Jimenez is very easy to talk with and explains things I an easy to understand manner. He listens to what I say and responds accordingly.

great doctor who truly cares, communication is good, discuss and reviews all issues you are having. The appointment desk needs better people skills, work in progress always room for improvement.
This is beyond the worse service I have ever received. First off it doesn’t take nearly 12 minutes to speak to someone to schedule an appointment. To top it off I’m a new patient trying to schedule my first appointment. I have been constantly transferred and placed on an unreasonably long time on hold. Whenever someone picks up I get nothing but an attitude. The last person that I am transferred to claimed to be a supervisor named Andrea to which she was also rude as hell.
Have you ever had your Doctor personally call you on a Holiday??....I have...I'm quite sure there aren't many people who can say they've had this experience. My Wife and I live in Los Angeles...We happily drive to San Pedro for one reason, and one reason only....Dr. Jimenez and his staff truly care about their patients well being to the extent that it's difficult to put into words. Thank you for being the best Dr. Jimenez!!!
