The service department is top notch! I have never been to a dealership service department with people like RJ Howell and Steve Billingsley who were very friendly, honest about my car's issues and took the time to make sure that I understood everything that was happening throughout the repair. Integrity is hard to find nowadays and I feel that this team exuded that characteristic. THANK YOU.

After purchasing my pick-up here through Bill Young, I will continue to choose them for all my service needs. I have never been disappointed and they have always gone above and beyond for us. Any employee we have spoken with had been kind, helpful, and friendly. Jamie in service is our team leader and we couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable service department.

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Jim Winter-Richie Peck. The service group and Sales is the Best not sure why anyone would go anywhere else. Sad to see Richie Retire but they have a lot of Great sales people. We are extremely happy with our new 2017 cadillac xt5. Great place

Jamie Ballard has always delivered exceptional customer service. I stopped in today for a car wash and he knew there was one other issue bothering me. He went out of his way and took extra time to see that every detail was taken care of. I owe this man a plate of cookies!

Terry was awesome to work with in used car sales. He got me the best deal on the car I wanted. Bruce in finance worked hard for me as well! I would recommend anyone buy a car from them.

I spoke with a salesman this am, inquired about a price, let him know I was not interested in test drive until I knew price. He stated he would be right back, 15 mins later I went inside only to find he was now taking phone calls. He looked at me told me he still didn't know the price, but I really needed to drive it. I feel he dismissed me because I didn't want a a pushy sale only a price. I left angry called back spoke with manager who did obtain a price for me. Not sure what's up with Jim Winters service dept. Spoke with Jamie and even though they couldn't fix my car because of lack of parts. I went to pick it up and I'm waiting because of paperwork. Jamie went home and nobody else knows what's going on.
