WOW ~ what a GREAT car buying experience I had with Jim Winter Auto Group!! I found my car online, after months of searching for EXACTLY what I wanted, but it was located almost three hours from my home. We would like to thank Ryan and Troy in the used car department for making it so easy to purchase a new to us vehicle. We stopped by and looked at the car on Monday night. The car was a fresh trade in so they still needed to send it through clean up but they had it ready to go the next day. They also had all of our paperwork ready when we arrived. Such a quick and easy transaction. The best part was the no pressure sale. Thank you for all of your hard work.
Took my Sierra Denali in for body work after hitting a deer. More than happy with the workmanship as well as the costumer service! They got my truck in a month ahead of schedule. Matched the white frost tri coat extremely well. Truck looks better than it came off the showroom now! I am very picky about my vehicles. I recommend before taking your vehicle to any other local body shops consider Jim winter.

They sell used vehicles from Canada (which are not as good, and do not come with a manufacturer warranty) and do not tell you. I do NOT recommend this place.

We have gone through many dealerships all over Michigan. We have NEVER had such great customer service as we had at Jim Winter! They worked with us until we were totally satisfied with a new vehicle lease. I will never deal with anyone else! Thank you Lauren and Bruce for your patience and understanding on our lease. I truly believe any other dealer would’ve given up, but it was obvious they wanted us to have the car we wanted as much as we did! OUTSTANDING!!
Very poor experience overall. They would not try to work with us when trying to buy a vehicle. Asked to see different options was instantly told they didnt have anything when at the beginning they said they had more we could look at. It felt like they didnt have time for us. I guess $30,000 is not enough to buy a vehicle from them. You are better off going somewhere else where the staff will give you a time of day.
