Cold, rude, unhelpful customer service. I do not recommend.
Had truck for 2 months. Messed it up every more than it was. Had it painted black. Looks brown. Now they want me to come take my truck. Not working. No head light blinker. Tail lights or anything. Tried to offer me 3 grand for my truck. Don’t ever use them

Hi Jeff, It's possible that we missed something in our teardown process. I will get Matt Bicknell involved and contact your insurance company to see if we can come to an agreement on what might have been related to the accident. It seems simple, but sometimes in an accident, not everything is clear until you get it back together. Hopefully we tested it before redelivery, but we'll find out and do whatever we can with your insurance company to help. The body rates are much less than service as well. We'll be in touch shortly.
