I purchased my 2016 Honda Civic 2 weeks ago from Jim White Honda. When I went in to pick up my car everyone was so happy for me and congratulated me! I loved the staff - so very helpful!
I hate when a woman is not treated equally by a car repair place. Jim wouldn't answer my questions and was just rude. In the spring i had a great experience with Joe. Had major work done and no issues but today completely different. UPDATE- Mark was very quick to help resolve the issue. After a quick chat and finding the problem with my car, I was out of there in less than an hour. Thanks Mark!
