My salesman Jon S weaker and his assistant Jorden gave me the Royal treatment. ��very excited about my new Car.
Visited the service department for the 1st time due to a recall noticed that I received. I was told the repair would take 1.5 hours and I even arrived 20 minutes early. 3 hours and 20 minutes later the service was complete. No one ever came to talk to me to say so sorry it's taking a little longer than expected and there was no apology when I was given my keys back. It was very frustrating especially since I had brought my child with me. They do offer a shuttle service that took us to and from a restaurant to get lunch which... read more
