I had an issue with my salesman and with service after the sale. After some kinks were worked out, Brian (used car manager) and Joe (service department) listened to my needs and took care of my issues. I believe they went above and beyond what their specific job calls them to do and for that, I am thankful. Remember folks, if you have a problem, keep going up the chain of command until someone who is able to help you helps you. :)
