Visited the service department for the 1st time due to a recall noticed that I received. I was told the repair would take 1.5 hours and I even arrived 20 minutes early. 3 hours and 20 minutes later the service was complete. No one ever came to talk to me to say so sorry it's taking a little longer than expected and there was no apology when I was given my keys back. I have always purchased my Hondas from Jim White and will ALWAYS continue to do so!! They have always gone above and beyond to get my friends and family the best price.
I purchased a Honda certified pre-owned vehicle and was not informed there had been damage to the car. I only found out when I had the car detailed shortly after. No one informed me when I purchased the vehicle nor was the damage indicated on the certified pre-owned checklist. When I called about it I was told there was nothing they could do because they "assumed I saw it." I suggest taking your vehicle to an unaffiliated shop to have it inspected before making a purchase. If you assume they will be trustworthy they are not.
