I have always had great service at Jim White Honda. I have a 2003 Honda accord and with there help I will be driving it a long time. I've had all my service done there shortly after I bought it in 2003 from another dealer in Michigan. Last January my husband bought a 2015 C RV from Jim White and we love it. Thanks Jim White.
I haven't bought a new vehicle since 2003 (also a Honda), so because things have changed a bit since then, I was a little nervous as I entered the dealership . My salesman Enis greeted me at the door, and his professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness put me right at ease. I don't recommend Jim White Honda. I bought a used car that needed new front tires right away after being told that the tires were fine. This was my fault, as the noise wasn't evident until being on the highway, which I didn't get on until after I bought the car. More importantly, the car had a leak that I discovered soon after getting home. When I took it back, they told me it wasn't leaking. The fact that there was fluid on my floor said otherwise. Had a wonderful experience with Pete! Was very helpful and accommodating during the entire process and has continued even afterward. Have contacted him several times with questions and he’s always been very friendly, responsive and helpful. Will definitely be sending friends and family his way!
