Every time I bring my car in for maintenance, I am always treated like family. Such a courteous staff. They go out of their way to take care of you and give you more than what you expect.
Just bought an Oddysey from Pete M thru Internet Sales and made the 3.5 hour trip from Indy to do it. Pete has a great personality and was great with communicating and negotiating with my wife via text, email, and phone. Not an easy thing to keep up on so many leads. Jim White Honda is going to take care of a few items noted during the sale. Very laid back environment without the pressure to buy. Stop in and give them a visit!
I purchased my first van from Pete at Jim White Honda and I couldn't be happier! There were a few bumps in the beginning with the air conditioning not properly working, but Pete made sure that he took care of everything..even giving me a car I could use while they fixed it! I'm very thankful that he was so understanding and made sure everything was perfect! Kent did take the time out to try and get me in a car. Although, it took days to hear back about an answer if I were approved or not. It wasn't his fault that I needed a co signer and couldn't find one. I thought having a down payment would help but it didn't. When I left the original review be took the time out to call and find out what happened. If he's gonna get suspended then suspended the 5/6 guys that repeatedly walked past my grandpa and I and didn't bother to speak a word to us or see if we needed help or anything.
Went in hoping for a loan for used walked out with a NEW car with a favorable interest rate thanks to some hard work from the finance department. Although Martin is a Toronto Leafs fan we won't hold that against him since he did a good job!
