Bait and switch tactics. As parents with a newborn they just wasted our time. Will be taking our business to a different dealer. Really disappointed.
I was very nervous going into the process of leasing a new car, but my car salesman, Kent Keplinger, made me feel very at ease! He helped me every step of the way and in no way did I feel pressured into anything. Definitely a 5/5 for Kent and I am recommending him to anyone thinking of a new car! :)
Pete Michalak was very helpful and easy to work with when shopping at Jim White Honda. He was very responsive to my questions before and after the sale and made sure my car buying process was quick and easy.
