RecommendedFast friendly service. After they put on new tires on the way home a hub cap was lost. The hub caps were old and I am surprised they had not fallen off sooner. Jim Whaley of Enterprise would not let us pay for new ones. They replaced the set and put them on at no charge. That’s customer care. They got my business from now on.
RecommendedThey have some of the most polite people working there. I was told by another business that I needed 4 new tires when I had a small hole/ leak in one that “couldn’t be found”. Jim Whaley checked them for me, found the leak and told me my tires were okay for a while longer. It’s nice to be able to trust that a company will be honest with me instead of trying to con me into spending hundreds of dollars unnecessarily. I’ll be back!
