Very honest people. They saved me a ton of money, compared to the mower places that told me I had to replace all my mower's tires. The guy at Jim Wells put a tube on it and we will put tubes on all 4 tires. That saves me a ton of money cause there is still tread on those tires. And this is a lawn mower. I was upset that B and T sold me a new tire, and it did not resolve the issue as it turned out to be a pinhole leak in the actual steel wheel. About a year ago a friend highly recommended Jim Wells when my van needed a quick, minor, but important repair. They came right out, fixed me up, and said "No big deal, no charge." But it was a huge deal to me. Their customer service won me over immediately. They saved me a ton of money when the easier thing for them would have been to just sell me some new more expensive stuff. This is not the first time that they acted like they cared more about my wallet than there profit margin. Excellent service!
