Keith at Tallahassee RV Park referred us to Jim Wells Tire Center - he was Right On! Mark treated us like family and quickly took charge of getting the right tire ordered & delivered to him ASAP. So glad these folks are so close to home. I came in with a leaking tire and was told it would be at least 25 minutes before they could even look at my car. To my surprise they had my car fixed and ready to go in 20 minutes after I got there. Very friendly folks and impeccable service!
Nail in the tire. Had it patched in under 20 minutes! Another place told me I would need to replace the entire tire. Thanks for your honesty and quick work!
A big shout out for the fabulous customer service. I received an indicator for low tire pressure just as I was ready to head back to Jacksonville from Tallahassee and made quick stop there. I was on crunch time and the got to me immediately, found the object in the tire and patched it. I was back on the road in no time. Thank you for being such great folks
My family has always used Jim Wells Tire Center. They have always been quick, honest, and fairly inexpensive. Customer service at it’s finest! As a woman that doesn’t know much about cars that is a great comfort! I always feel well taken care of there. I will continue to use them in the future and will continue recommend them to others!
