We can't say "Thank you!" enough to express our appreciation for everything Jim has done for us! The reduction to our premiums was HUGE, especially considering the overall increases to our coverage (we literally saved thousands per year on our combined home/auto/motorcycle policies - and yes, that's plural!) and the level of customer service is unequaled! I highly recommend Jim Steed. He stayed on the phone with me and the previous insurance company I had for almost two hours fighting for me. I have never had an agent do that. I appreciate him more than he could ever know! Tammie is awesome too, she’s always available to help and worked after hours for us.
Jim and Tammie helped me tremedously in finding appropriate homeowners, specialist and motor insurance.
