Good service and nice waiting area just wish I lived closer !! Jeff is a great service guy.. Funny I noticed that the only bad comments were from people who not only can't spell, but some seemed to post within a day or two of the other.. Seems a little odd to me !! I want the Z28 in the lobby if it's still there !
Worst customer service ever. 7/11/2015 went to buy a Silverado, and got a sales person who did not know the product and really set the tone of the visit when we started to test drive the truck, worst yet talked to the sales manager who did not xare, did not offer us another sales person. He did wish us a safe journy home 3 to 4 times actually as we crossed the lot to leave. No recommendations from us to use Jim Price EVER

Just wanted to let you all know I had an amazing experience with the Service Dept. yesterday. It was our first visit to Jim Price, and we were more than pleased. Jeff Frazier was incredibly kind and conscientious, explained the issue to me in a way that was straightforward, and all in all took great care of the car and the clients. On another note, the facility is wonderful. The playroom kept my daughter entertained, and whoever designed the layout to have the women's bathroom right next to the playroom is a genius!
