I've been having my car serviced at Jim Price for about 5 years and I have always been pleased with their service. Jeff is a super person and I LOVE working with him. Came to get service on my car for 3 recalls and I will NEVER come back. I waited 4 1/2 hours and never received an update.I even had an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait so long. In fact I truly believe they forgot about me. Went to check on my car at 5:30 (closing time) and saw my keys and papers lined up with other finished cars. I was told, "Your papers were just printed out" but learned later that night that they have left a voicemail on my husband's cell at 4:45 stating that the car was finished.
