My husband & I went down to Jim Price Chevrolet last Thursday after he spoke with them on the phone and made arrangements to purchase a vehicle. He brought his own financing and negotiated a price over the phone. He was treated so badly, that this man who was lifetime Chevrolet fan, went out and bought a Ford Mustang! It is unethical for a company to make promises on the phone and then waste the consumer's time & money (loss of part of a work day and gas) in order to force a sale that is completely not what the customer requ... read more
The waiting area is spotless, comfortable, and there are snacks and coffee!
No follow up. Can never get the service department to return phone calls.
It took two hours for a oil change! They have more than one bay.people came and left and i was still sitting there. Very disappointed.
Jeff in the service department is exceptional! We won't have our cars served anywhere else.
