The food I got was cold when I first got it and had to send it back to the kitchen. Even though I was told it was unlimited biscuits for some reason they never came out until after dinner was done. The portions were small and the price was high

Great food and customer service, I passed other locations to get to this one.
Incredibly, on this 4th of July weekend they didn't have a can or bottle of Miller Lite beer!! We had a party of 14 and most of them drink that brand! Bartender said they wouldn't get a truck until Monday!!! Poor management!
Picked up a Togo order in the drive through. Ordered extra chicken and thousand island dressing for a salad. Received 1 chicken tender and no dressing at all for the Pig in the Garden Salad. Rest of the order was mediocre. Last time we will visit this location due to service issues in the past. We will continue to go to the Cullman location as they have not messed up an order yet.
Food recently picked up for take out was inedible. Chicken was so covered in black pepper couldn't eat it. Even the corn was peppery, tasted as if there was hot sauce on it. Last two out of three trips have been a disappointment. 1 was just so so. Seems as if the goal is to become average at best.
Very fast service at the drivethru window! The employees are always friendly and courteous. The brunswick stew and cheese biscuits were delicious as usual and perfect for a chilly spring lunch!
