Worst service ever. There is one waiter there thats been there forever and his customer service skills are horrible. I cant believe more people dont complain about him. We watched him dote over a table and ignore us .took 2 times asking to get straws, 3 to get biscuits while we watched the other table get biscuits twice. Got appetizer finally but with our meal. I will not go back. He is the reason. Anyone else would be fired. I dont get it.
It’s absurd how long the drive thru takes here, no other Jim and Nicks I’ve visited has this issue.

We have gone here numerous times and the service seems to get worse each time. Don't have any problems with the other Jim N Nick's. Waitress told us she already put in an order of biscuits when we sat down. Took abut 20 or so minutes to get them and they weren't hot. We waited for over 30 min for onion rings and they were COLD. We didn't complain. They seated 5 of us in the back corner of the bar and felt like they just forgot us. They need to help the wait staff when busy. They can't do it all by themselves. The worst service on Gardendale. Been in the drive thru line for 1 hour and the parking lot isn't full. No wonder they are hiring!!! They need new management apparently !
It was wonderful, food and service. But sad when the ones at table next to us only left 20.00 for their 42.00 bill
Good food and the serve was very sweet and kind and it to long get our cheese biscuit and our food was right on time
