If I could turn back time I would not have walked into Jim King Reality office. I have sold 2 places (different real estate places)in the past and both time it went smooth. I only chose Jim King because that was who my parents bought their property from a long time ago. From having the property way overpriced, lack of communication and being told certain things that were not true (and played on emotions) to get me to take an offer from someone I now believe she knew. Great personal service!
I gave these folks 5 stars because even though I have not met or set down to converse with anyone at the office, every inquiry I have sent about the cheapest property they offered I received a pleasant reply. I believe that unlike some realtors, Jim King's staff cares and wants to serve. Kudos
They have some good listings but trying to get them to call back it's like trying to pull teeth yourself
