My wife had work done there and they broke her seat. This was 2 months ago. They told us they would fix but are waiting on a part. We’ve called several times and left messages. No one has returned our phone calls. I would not send a car there for service.

They fix my dashboard and broke the trim, took almost a month for the trim to come in. Then made appt. for me to go there, i live 40 mins away. When i got there took them awhile to tell me the trim is broken they have to order new one. Still now they haven't call me back if the trim come in or not. They are so bad at diagnosis also, took my car there 3 times because its shift hard, and cant find out whats wrong. I have to make a claim with cadillac soon.
