Came by with my TDI and was helped by a wonderful young man named Leo, he was very pleasant to work with.
Would like to thank Leo for his outstanding customer service, when I came to get my car serviced. He made sure a shuttle got me to and from my destination also constantly keeping me updated throughout the process. He went above and beyond, thank you Jim Ellis for having such a great employee.
Leo gave me excellent service very knowledgable and courteous could tell he wasn't just going through the motions came in to get my oils changed and he made the process fast and painless.

Leo gave me great service made sure I didn't waste any extra time at the dealership I didn't need to waste came in for a service and got just that, and he was very engaging I could tell he wasn't just going through the motions. Josh Jamison and Scott Kuehl were absolutely wonderful. I came in to get the locks off my car and I was pretty exhausted and a little overwhelmed because my tire popped and I couldn't get the spare put on and I later came in because I couldn't get the new tire on. They were patient with my near tear ramblings. They were helpful and prompt and kind and didn't throw extra costs on me last second.
