Worst experience ever with a car! Sales staff was great when I purchased the car. However at 16,000 miles, my drivers window was loose and my sunroof was leaking. They would not even get me a rental to drive until I called corporate. On my return to pick up my car, they had cut one of the runners on top and bent it to make it drain properly. WHO does that on a brand new car?????????? All the while, I’m having to argue about getting service,I live an hour and a half away... Never again

Good good, smooth experience. No pressure but felt this whole Covid thing has change the entire car purchase experience. I traded in my 2015 Expedition EL and drove home a 2021 Atlas. Thats just what I went there to get. Jeff was my sales representative and he straight forward. Just wish I was able to take a picture with my new VW. Wasn't asked if I wanted to but I still love my Atlas. I will take plenty with it in due time!!!!
So I purchased a new vehicle Thursday and traded in my old one. They withdrew a payment for the traded in vehicle this past Monday. I called VW Credit- they’re now fully automated and hang up on you.... can’t send an email to them. Call Autofair and they’re telling me to wait “for us to pay the car off, which will be technically overpaid, and then you’ll get the check for $566.” So you guys messed up and withdrew $566 and now I’m supposed to wait at a minimum- 1 week for your mistake! Their customer service is exeptional, Hiram’s knowledge on the vehicles is amazing and absolutely helpful in finding the best fit for me. The whole process was excellent, I am very happy with my new Jetta. My previous Jetta was serviced there as well and the service was excellent, most definitively recommend Lakeland VW.
Kudos to Mike Martucci and his team for delivering a seamless buying experience. Got a fabulous car and they made the process so easy. The dealership goes above and beyond with safety protocols. If you are looking for a low key, positive buying experience this is the place!
FULL OF LIARS! First I was sold a lemon and then I was lied to about the replacement vehicle. OH MAN DONT LET ME FORGET IVE HAD MORE ISSUES WITH THEM THEN I CAN COUNT IN LESS THEN A YEAR OF PURCHASING THE REPLACEMENT VEHICLE. IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF YOULL GO ELSEWHERE
