About a year ago, I took my 9 y.o. Passat for an oil change appt. Took them 2.5 hrs. They're big on follow up so I replied to the svc mgr's email "if you can't give us a 5 let me know". Never heard back so I forwarded my email to Jimmy Ellis. Never heard a peep from anyone. Never went back till yesterday to see if svc writer still interested in buying my now 10 y.o. well maintained car. Strolled into showroom, sat in a car on the floor.
