I showed up to VW without a service appointment due to my AC not working. Joshua Jamison made room in his schedule to take a look at my car immediately and let me know within an Hr what was needed. He then sent me away in a loaner car so i could get back to work, and pick up my car when it was ready! He explained everything in such detail, which made this situation less stressful. What great service!
Came in for service for an oil change, and josh jamison had pointed out some other issues that if i didn't fix could get a lot worse and more expensive over time. Thanks buddy for the great service.
