The person who contacted me did not seem that interested in trying to work out any sort of deal. In fact, they came across as a bit distant, and arrogant. They seemed to have a lackadaisical attitude about working out a deal. The other dealers that I contacted followed up with e-mails, and phone calls.
The dealership was fine, very easy to deal with. Answered all of my questions. The vehicle was not as clean as I would have expected. Looks like something spilled on the console and was left unnoticed. After test driving a similar, older vehicle at another dealer, we realized that this first car had issues, and I responded to a follow-up email from them, describing the problem, for which they thanks me.
Jesse has been super responsive and helpful during this process. I highly recommend him.
