I had the best experience buying my new 2018 Ford Focus... Brian was awesome and took all my needs into consideration while helping me stay within my budget. his partner was just as awesome showing me how to work some of the gadgets. Bob at Charlon Ford is the go to guy for a car in Ridgecrest! He listened to what I was looking for and was able to track one down and deliver it to. Bob also has continued customer service even after closing the deal he washed the truck and when I was unable to pick up the truck before the office closing due to being tied up at work, he went back to the office to get me the keys and deliver them to my office so that once I was free i'd be able to pick up.
