I had him find me an older truck with low miles and low payments and it took a few weeks but he found me a truck that I love.
I had a GREAT experience today at Jim Charlon Ford. The dealership was very understanding that I hate sitting in dealership all day long. So they assisted me with getting pre approvals and paperwork ready before I even stepped foot in the dealership today!!! I am one happy ford owner! Thank you

We had an awesome experience with Bob Pugh! He wasn't pushy and was willing to work to find us exactly what we wanted. He contacted me back quickly and discussed our needs even though it was his day off. He did what he could to make sure we had the best experience possible. Definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely pathetic and a truly sorry excuse for a business. They continually ignore phone calls and treat their customers like garbage, only to do sub par repair work that has become a BIGGER liability than the original problem. The service manager, who's name rhymes with shill, has morals which at the very least border on fraud and likely are far more sinister.
