An extended warranty on any vehicle should cost something, right? I agree. And I get that each warranty for different make/model may be different in price. Understandable. And I would think that when purchasing that warranty at the dealership that they would be the one honoring that warranty. I have a 2008 Hyundai Veracruz. The shop opens up at 7 and I got there at that time. It was 4 cars ahead of me so I expect to be there for a minute but not almost until closing time. How is it that everyone has came and gone, except me. It was recall part that they were fixing and so I feel that they decided to push my car to the end just because they can. It is not right. I was amazed at how I went to several dealerships. And was ignored at some...and even felt I was being ripped off..went to Jim Burke and was treated great...they got me approved for a car that was a little higher then I wanted to pay and they went out if their way...and stayed past closing...got me in a brand new car 3000 below msrp with a payment that fit my budget...and I had way less perfect credit...now we have a new car...bank credit and really happy
