I dealt with a very knowledgeable gentlemen, Scott Lash, from the beginning of our service appt, he had an idea what might be wrong with the vehicle, sure enough after examining and verifying with the computer he gave us the problems and with our consent the issues were corrected. The vehicle drives as it should. We purchased the vehicle at Ferman but, are quite pleased and satisfied with Jim Browne service best. I totally recommend this dealership highly. 👍👍
The manager Larry Parks worked the deal with me over the phone and had all paper work and deal complete before showing up. Marisa showed me the car and did a complete walk around, showing me all the cool new gadgets on the 2020 model. Joanna made closing the deal so easy, talked me through all the paper work and I was in and out within 10 mins! Fastest and best quality purchase I have ever made.
