This is my favorite restaurant. They have great customer service and great food. My favorite Is loaded Mac with beef brisket on top.
I was with my son and his wife with my twin granddaughters when one knocked a plate off by accident , in the blink of an eye there was 3-4 waiters there , while the young lady was picking up the large pieces of glass she was asking at the same time what was my granddaughter eating we told her macaroni ,another waiter was there instantly sweeping up and before he finished the other young lady had another macaroni dish there, they was on top of the situation . Went through the drive thru last night. Had to repeat our order 4 times. When we finally got to the window we claimed an order of cheese biscuits from the last time they messed up. When the manager came it was as though he had no idea what we needed. Then when our order came, half was missing and the staff member didn't try to charge us. All in all a very poor experience AGAIN. Was disappointed with the service. Had to look for waitress several times to refill tea glasses and other reasons. Ordered the rib bites and was mostly fat. Worst meal I have had there.
Not a bad place to eat. The food was good, but more importantly was the service was excellent. The staff was very courteous.
