I love the food at Jim n Nicks but the service at this location is TERRIBLE!!!
My husband, my brother, and I ate there last night 11/5 for my birthday. We took this opportunity to teach my brother (He is special) some life skills at a restaurant. The food was amazing as always. But my review is on our waitress. Her name is Kristen. Table 12/1. She immediately picked up that my brother was special and I explained that we were teaching him life skills. The bbq sauce it's too spicy and hot own the classic pulled pork
I love coming to here to eat and always have wonderful service. I came tonight and got a steak that was full of fat... I reported the issue & the waitress was super nice, they offered me another meal, didn't make me pay for my meal, and the dining hall manager came out to apologize and also gave me a gift card for my next visit. Awesome service!
First time at Jim n Nick's on Friday Oct 13 '17 and had a great meal with my family of 5. Waitress was attentive and made sure we were happy......will definitely return when we come back into town.
The fried catfish was amazing!! Service was good..
