I was disappointed that the brisket was not as good and this is my girlfriend's first time at Jim N Nick's. We had to keep asking for things. I hope you will have better quality food.
Just received my order that Tiger Town To Go delivered. It was totally wrong. I called to speak with a manager and was handed off to three different people. One was very rude and argued with me about what I ordered. I was looking at my order online while she was arguing with me. Not only was the order wrong, they expected me to drive over and get the corrected order. I ordered delivery for a reason. Their service is always slow and inconsistent. I love their food. They need to get their act together.
Sat at the bar, service was great and the food was excellent, will make sure we stop there again.

I normally get turkey but being Auburn game day they had run out. Our server recommended the pulled pork & I was not disappointed- it was great. Now I have another choice here. They were packed but we were seated fast & service was great. My son & husband love the sliced brisket also. Cheese muffins are great.
Best BBQ this side of Alabama!!!! Is there any other!!??
Waited in line tonight FOREVER with my screaming kids for two sandwiches and a grilled cheese. Absolutely absurd and we are in the restaurant business. No apologies. No nothing - except food that wasn't even hot! Won't be back! Whoever the manager is should be fired for running this location into the ground.
