I went to Jillian's specifically for wedding shoes and was greeted pleasantly by a young lady. However, the "wall of shoes" with "hundreds of styles" as touted in their website is really just a decorative rack in the foyer with maybe 50-60 shoes on it. I indicated that none of these styles were what I was looking for and she said that was all you had. So, if you had other options that could be ordered- that was not offered and if you did not, then your site is misleading. Very disappointing experience.

I took a look for myself, and it seems like the line from the website you're referring to is the one that says "We stock hundreds of sizes in our most popular styles." We do carry just about every size of each shoe we have in the store -- a size for any foot, which our customers love. I'm sorry if you thought we'd actually have hundreds of styles, too, but we still think that 50 plus options make for a great selection -- much better... read more
I walked in Without an appointment and was greeted with such amazingly sweet people. Everyone was so sweet and extremely helpful! I found sooooo many incredible dresses, it was hard choosing the one. But found it and Feel in LOVE with the prices too...... UNBELIEVABLE! Thank you sooooo much! Better than any place I've been (and I've been to every place imaginable)

they never help or talk when im there i just went in yesterday and not one word was said never asked me if i needed help looking for anything so will not go back thats kinda the whole point in having a store is to help people if they need it
