Personalized one-on-one attention is what you can expect when selecting the perfect attire for any special occasion including some of the biggest days of your life including homecoming, prom, and of course, your wedding.

Absolutely horrible experience. Purchased prom dress well before date of prom. Was convinced to let "their seamstress" do the alterations. was told it would take a week. It took 3. When the dress came back it was hideous. Large gaps in hips and straps falling off shoulders. Too late to fix for prom since original alterations took so long. staff was very nonchalant and the only solution they offered was for us to pick a new dress. no dresses in my daughter's size, plus they were now all picked over. Horrible experience. 2 out of 3 bridesmaid dresses were ordered in the wrong size. One is still supposed to be being delivered, 3 weeks before the wedding and they’re still avoiding speaking to the bride. Very unorganized.
RecommendedWould just like to Thank Gail Garland and her staff at Jillian’s Formal Wear for the great service. Can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone was. We had 2 boys to get ready and even had a date change and a pair of pants we changed and both were handled without a hitch. Being able to do this on a Sunday afternoon was also a big plus with the boys activities. Very happy customer! Thanks Jillian’s.
Slightly ridiculous that you can’t even take your own mom in the dressing room to help you try on a dress so I won’t be back and I certainly will not recommend anyone else to go there.
Kaitlyn was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is extremely good at her job and definitely made the process a breeze! I suggest her or Jill - they definitely helped me pick out the dress and shoes in the same day - thank you ladies
My prom dress my had to have a few small things done to it. After the first fitting they left all of the pins in it and did nothing, the second time the tan circles covering my boobs were up to my neck, and finally the third time they were moved all over with the trim of the dress uneven. They wanted to charge 120 dollars for the altercations when they promised it would only be $30. I got my dress back a day before prom, and my prom pictures are awful because of that dress. We are sorry that you had issues with your alterations. We have never employed a seamstress, even when you bought your dress two years ago. The issue seems to have been with the seamstress and we are sorry that you were not satisfied.
I had the most amazing experience at Jillian’s! I would recommend them to anyone! They helped me find the perfect wedding dress and I couldn’t be happier!!!
All of the staff was super friendly and very helpful. I found my wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, and flower girl dresses. They were able to work with everyone in a timely manner as well! I am super pleased with the service I received.
