I am not the kind of girl to get excited about dress shopping. I was looking forward to finding the gown, but I found SO MUCH MORE! I had top of the line service, Gina offered very subtle suggestions and was a key component in finding my dream gown. I cried very happy tears and I now have a memory to cherish forever! Thank you for going above and beyond. You guys serve a bigger purpose than you know!

I have bought all my dresses from Jillian’s growing up for dances, and this past Saturday was my wedding where my entire bridal party purchased their clothing at Jillian’s. There were a few hiccups on the way, two grooms men’s pants were too short but they were able to get new pairs in before the wedding, one bridesmaids dress was measured a few dress sizes to big but she was able to get it altered. I went to Jillians to look for a wedding dress. The girl who helped me was so sweet and patient. The selection was amazing! I said yes to the dress!!
I went here yesterday to try on wedding dresses for the first time & I was absolutely blown away by the customer service! The girls were so nice, helpful, and caring. I will definitely be getting my dress here!
I bought my wedding dress and our groomsmans rented their tuxes here. First thing was they were very rude to one of our groomsmen. secondly I used their seamstress which took forever, dress was not done until 2 weeks before my wedding, when I went to try it on it was not correct so she supposedly fixed it there because would not let her take it again being so close to my wedding.
