Here's one way to have an amazing, relaxing time – The second I walk into Glow I feel overwhelmed with relaxation. Everyone there is so friendly and willing to help out. I use them for everything, some of the treatments I do more often are the sunless tanning, all different kinds of facials, accupuncture, and waxing. Honestly, even though there are a thousand spas on every corner in NYC this is the only one I call. Everyone there is great, but Dana has a really nice touch for a facial....

Massage Heaven! – Margaret, my massage therapist was so friendly and aware about muscles, I knew I was in good hands....literally! I came in with a treaked lower back and she not only gave me a relaxing and wonderful massage, but she taught me some stretches that I could do at home to help my pain. I chose the aromatherapy massage, which was so awesome. not only did I get a therapeutic massage but my skin smelled amazing when I left. I can't wait to go back.

I won't go back. Bad first impression! – I wasn't happy with the service; when I arrived, the receptionist was very unfriendly; but anyway I let it go. My massage was not even good and I mentioned this to the receptionist in the way out. She gave this look like telling me: "it is not my fault". I paid and left. I will never go back.

A great place for facials! – I just moved to the city from North Carolina and my skin freaked out. It went from so smooth to so not! I had a Stress Reduction Facial with Jillian and my skin looks so much better. She LOVES extractions so if you need them, she will get them! While I was there, I booked a massage with Jay.....Can't wait! I'm so excited I found Glow.

911 is no joke – They think (and do) the unthinkable with Booty 911. Great anytime of year but especially before a trip to the beach!

Positive feedback going to their heads – A had a okay experience getting sprayed but when I called to make another appt. I was basically yelled at for not calling 2 weeks in advance. On top of that, they raised their prices!!! Not great customer service and not rushing back their.

Best facials and waxing! – I have been so satisfied with my facials and bikini waxes at Glow. The spa is in a small but beautiful space, the staff are all personable, and I always leave happy. Jillian is so thorough and gentle with extractions, and my bikini waxes barely hurt at all! I won't go anywhere but Glow in the future.

the Best Brazilian in the city – I have been going to Jillian since September, and each time I have been very satisfied. She is very meticulous and gentle, and makes sure you are completely relaxed and comfortable. I have gone to many other waxists before, only to come out limping in pain. The Brazilians here do not hurt at ALL. I promise. You will be amazed. You will come out immaculate. Happy to recommend.

Adorable spa and an exceptional facial – First of all, I left Glow GLOWING! I had so many pimples prior, I wanted to hide my face. Then I saw Jillian for an Anti-acne facial and she has changed my life. She does incredible extractions! Don't get me wrong, it isn't a walk in the park, but when I left I felt so clean and my skin looked, well, pretty darn good. She told me it would take a few days to ehal, but I expected that. Plus she sold me these amazing products, I love them. Thanks Jill! I will be back next month.
