best facials – I heard about this place from a few friends who had been there before. When I finally experienced it - it was nothing short of amazing!! #1 experience!! Treat yourself!! it's worth every penny. Gibs
Great experience until the extractions.... – I initially mixed up the current address with the previous location since it was listed on the spa menu that I downloaded from the web site. (This information needs to be updated.) The space is small; but cozy and the skin care specialist was very friendly. The facial felt wonderful until she moved to the 'extraction' stage. She was so intent on removing debris from inside my pores that I am not sure my discomfort registered. She was too rough and my face was very sore afterwards.... read more
NYC's Hidden Treasure – Through friends I had heard Glow was a wonderful spa. They were right! I had an appointment with Keri for a facial. Keri and the receptionist Susan are extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms and the treatments are so relaxing it is a wonderful treat. Cozy ambience and GREAT service – Just came back from Glow yesterday. I feel WONDERFUL!!! The spa is cozy and clean. Susan at the front desk is very sweet. My LumiFacial/LumiLift w/ Microdermabrasion treatment with Jillian was excellent. She's very knowledgeable and explained every procedure to me. Awesome facial with Dana!!! – I had my first facial EVER with Dana last night and she made me glow! I am thrilled with the results and will be back soon. I had the microdermabrasion and Dana was very gentle with extractions and explained everything to me. She is also very knowledgable and gave me some great pointers. Afterwards, my skin looked amazing, not irritated at all. My coworkers all commented that I was glowing this morning! Thank you, Dana!!!
Wonderful Vitamin C facials – Glow is my favorite place to get a facial. The staff is very friendly, and they don't push products or services on you. You'll walk out "glowing" after any treatment. I love Glow!
Wonderful atmosphere and friendly customer service – My sister-in- law was given a gift certificate for her birthday to Glow Day Spa, so since my cousins birthday was not too far away, we decided to treat my cousin to a facial. The key to perfect skin – I've been getting facials for nearly a decade and Glow Skin Spa is by far the best. Dana is amazing - my skin is the clearest it has been since middle school. The treatment in addition to the expert personalized service is unmatched. I learn so much about how to improve my skin everytime I'm there. Modern, cozy and comforting ambiance with lovely client service.
Facials that work! – just had my wedding and my skin was the best it has ever been because of keri at glow! started going to her in the spring for facials with this light therapy (called lumi-facials) b/c i had acne and some scars from previous breakouts. these facials changed my skin and my life! i feel so much more confident now and i know the pictures from my wedding are going to be beautiful :) totally worth the money.
