Jaime is FANTASTIC!!! – I have acne prone skin and nothing seemed to work. For the past three months I have been going to Glow Skin Spa to get an acne facial and my skin has never looked better. She is informative, helpful, and cordial. Jaime is fantastic!
Excellent Facial for a hard-to-please customer! – I recently had a facial at Glow. Not good for massages – My boyfriend and I went here for massages a few weeks ago, and left disappointed. We received deep-tissue massages, thinking they were part of the couples package we ordered. However, they conveniently failed to mention that we'd be charged additional amount of money. I felt that they were taking advantage of us because we were massage novices. On the website under Couples Massage, it clearly states that if you choose a modality other than Swedish (our default modality), you will be charged an additional amount. Upon arrival, we have each client fill out a detailed consultation form. Never disappointed- BEST FACIAL IN NYC – I have tried almost every spa in New York City trying to find the perfect combination of pampering and comfort. She really took her time with me and explained everything that was wrong with my skin. She gives an amazing massage with her facial. Hot Stone Massage Was Extremely Disappointing – I had been to Glow for a facial and loved it. So I was eagerly anticipating my Hot Stone Massage. Boy, was I let down. BEST facial By Marjorie – I am a SPA LOVER and I assure you Glow Skin Spa is a do not miss. A hidden secret on the Upper East Side!!! The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing as if you are in your own living room. Not factory like at all, the staff makes you feel so special from the minute you enter their "haven" Majorie will be my new best friend -her technique & knowledge was super and her bed side manners were terrific. Best Facials in NYC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – This is the place to go if you want your skin to "Glow"!!! Everyone in the world has a different skin type and needs and Glow/Jillian caters to the individual and not a package. Glow has all the things you would expect from a spa and more great customer service/cleanliness/non pushy attitude/spending time with the individual and looking beyond external factors.
