Does not respect the neighboring property. Parked their trailer and materials sitting on neighbors property without any warning or consideration. Moved trailer when asked but continued to put materials on neighbors property .

Highly recommend Jilek Roofing Inc. On November 8, 2023 they did a complete roof tear off with some new sheets of wood and a gutter replacement. Great quality of work and materials with complete cleanup. They were on time, finished the roof job in one day and replaced the gutter the next day. Very good communication also!

Jilek roofing installed a roof over our condominium last spring of 2022. Since the installation, I have had a waterfall from the roof and gutters into my landscaping. I have lost one **** and multiple flowers from the puddling and flooding. I requested **** to come out to fix the problem through my maintenance company and by contacting them myself. They did show up and after two attempts, I am still having the same issue. My next-door neighbor is also having problems because Jilek roofers pulled the top of the furnace flu of... read more

I am sorry she is still having the issue with the gutter, as far as contacting us it is all supposed to go through the management company. I am not faulting them but they have had some turnover of employees and we may not have gotten the work order in a timely manner. Since then We have inspected the problem , that was our first visit. They did a great job doing a layover on my roof. The only complaint is that they told me they would reinstall the heating wires the correct way. They tried two times and they couldnt get it right. I told them forget it after the last try. They kept sending out the same person, if they attempted the third time they would have sent him out again. I had to hire someone else to re-do their last attempt.

Their company did a roof down the street from us and I was impressed by the neatness and quality of the crews work ( Amish ). I signed a contract for Jilek to roof over our current shingles and it was implied that the same crew would do the work. After several delays a crew, not the crew I wanted showed up late one morning (11 AM) and began work, I finally told them to quit at 8 PM. It is true we did use a different crew on the Beifus residence, they were spanish speaking and that was the real reason he was upset, Because of *************** complaints I had to let them go. I did not let them go because they were Spanish speaking. I let them go because I warned them about keeping the job site clean before and they did not listen.
