The staff at Jiffy Lube is always polite, welcoming, and works on your vehicle in a timely manner! They offer great deals, even when you don't have a coupon book with you. I love that they check your tire pressure and fluid levels, too.
Love the place! Great service nice people. Very quick and satisfying service. Had some problems finding the place but once I got there it was all great! I like berries too

Respectful and Efficient I have encountered a Jiffy Lube in the Brentwood area which treated me like a "dumb" woman. The guy acted like I was going to run him down when I pulled into the bay for service. The Jiffy Lube at Franklin workers were not demeaning because I was a woman. I let them know about the incident at the other Jiffy Lube and told them that I would not be back if they treated me in the same manner. I told them I was taking a chance. They did a wonderful job.
