As I was getting my oil changed I remembered to remind them not to tighten my oil cap down to hard like my mechanic said they did last time. (Which consequently caused me over $3,000 in damages to my car.) I know it was Jiffy Lube bc I went to my mechanic immediately after that day, not bc I knew they did this but bc of something else. When he looked under my hood he questioned me of who just changed my oil because he said whomever did cracked the oil manifold by overly tightening it. I have had great experiences at this place. Always have had quick and quality service. Service workers are always friendly and always informative on what I need done to my car. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quick oil changes or any other services
