I just had my daughter’s car oil changed and tires rotated here at the Signal mountain Jiffy Lube. Charles and his team were fantastic and very hospitable. I definitely will be back and I definitely would recommend them highly to anyone else.

Absolutely avoid this shop. I took my car in and was told I needed hundreds in repairs. I approved the work. The next day, I brought it to their Ringgold location for an alignment and expressed concerns that the car was still not driving properly. I was told to "let the parts settle" and come back after the next oil change if things were still rough. The problems worsened within two weeks. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JIFFYLUBE! Their customer service is top tier.
Cheap oil but they tried to push a bunch of extra services on me, and told me my brake pads were fine. 3 weeks later and my brakes are grinding my rotors, the brake pads are completely worn down. I could have just got new brake pads but now I need new rotors too. Thanks for that.
