Terrible customer service. I pulled up as all the bays were clearing thinking I'd get my inspection done quickly. AFTER I turned in my keys a MAN came in demanding his inspection be done first. What does Jiffy Lube do? Makes a woman that has worked in customer service in the auto industry wait while a man is taken care of first. Ladies, this isn't the place for you to have anything done on your car. Two stars only because they were polite about it...
