I knew jiffy lube wasn't all that, but I decided to give them another shot. I went for your standard oil change on 6/20. When the job was finished, the check engine light came on. The people are very friendly. Prices are ok. We’ve taken our Denali their & our daughter’s Jeep � twice.
They lost my keys. I went to get a state ordered inspection with a 2 hour wait, so I dropped it off and was told to pick it up later. When I came back they didn’t have my keys! They said, “my keys must have started another car”... are you serious?? They said they tried calling everyone who had been in that day but couldn’t find them. When I went to get my stuff out of my car and call an Uber I didn’t need a key because THEY LEFT IT UNLOCKED. I asked the guy if they normally leave the cars unlocked and he said, “Well”. I went to this store as I just moved to Texas. My car was in perfect working order when I went there. Now I need a complete new engine since they couldn’t do an oil change (which is their main job).
I’ve been there the last couple of years with my class C motor home. The people there are the best� Quick, efficient, courteous �
Very fast and friendly. The crew seemed to work well with each other. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very professional, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
